We work in Cumberland County, but will travel to nearby counties (for a small transportation fee and a two video minimum). 30 miles is $25, 60 miles is $50, etc.
Slide shows (or “virtual tours”) are fine and a much better presentation of the property than simply a few photographs.
With the internet buyers are able to sort through many houses rapidly. Video captures the “browser” and lets them get the feel of the property. It is beyond a slide show as color TV is beyond black & white TV.
Are people watching slide shows? Or do they watch movies? To ask the question is to answer it. Multi-media and full motion video is how real estate will be sold soon, why not get the leg up NOW?
Videos are a surprisingly economical way to communicate. Newspaper Ads and Flyers have a 2 week shelf-life. Magazines last for a couple of months. Videos continue to broadcast your properties, 24/7 until the property is sold!
On top of that we have pushed the threshold for making and using online video very low (just check out our pricing).
Each video tour includes:
- a videographer to professionally capture the property with a wide-angle lens on a High Definition camera,
- All video is shot using a steadicam and a tripod (eliminating that nauseating jiggling of home videos)
- Up to 5 areas highlighted (Front yard, Living room, Kitchen,
Master Bed/Bath, Backyard), Usually enough for a house up to 2500 square feet.
- text overlay at the beginning and ending of the video
- precision editing and production,
- Public Domain music overlay,
- High Quality finished product, approximately 3 minutes long,
- compression and rendering for online viewing,
- online hosting, and
- embed links for you to play the video on your current webpage.
How to get started
- The whole package is available for an initial
$75 $50 (as a business kick-off special) Videographer fee (required to schedule the video shoot).
You can customize your video to your heart’s content. Following are the common “upgrades” that customers use:
- 72 hour priority service (to film, edit, render and upload the video) – $50
- Voice over (with a supplied script)- $50
- Text Overlay - $5 per scene (Introductory Text and Concluding Contact Information are already included)
- Introduction of house by realtor or owner (15-30 seconds)- $50
- Extra areas/rooms filmed and highlighted – $25 per area (add multiple items for multiple rooms desired) Two extra rooms will typically add 2 minutes of time (for a total of 5 minutes).
- Travel expenses to surrounding counties (2 video shoot minimum)- $25
Because of technology advancements in internet and video we are able to offer you this service at an incredibly affordable rate. Surely you have seen other services tailored for the real-estate professional that carry large monthly fees or begin at $299 per shoot and many charge upwards of $500 per property shoot.
We made it our goal to develop a service that surpasses the expectations of the market while remaining incredibly affordable for all. Whether you sell 1 property a year or 100, we want you to stay with us for the long haul and have structured our pricing accordingly.

We do all of our recording in High Definition digital video. We use a professional wide angle lens to capture the complete house/room. All of our video is shot using a steadicam (to stabilize all motion shots) and tripods. You will never get that jittery video that is so common with camcorders.
We do all of our editing and rendering on Mac computers.
